Freshly harvested radish on living compost
Panama

We turn waste into life.

We collect commercial organic waste in Panama and convert it into bokashi: a living fertilizer that regenerates soils, keeps methane out of landfills, and closes the food cycle.

We collect organics and inorganics. We measure them. We turn them into fertilizer or recycling. You get the numbers.

170.5 t diverted from landfills each year
7,200 lb of bokashi produced every week
700 t annual rescue target
0 plastic bags: returnable tanks and sacks only

What we offer

A complete recycling solution.

  • We collect

Organics: peels, fruit, flours, vegetable trimmings, coffee pulp, kitchen scraps.

Garden prunings: grass, turf, branches, trunks, palms, and leaf litter.

Inorganics: glass, plastic, cardboard, paper, and oils (with Grün Panama).

  • We convert it

Into organic fertilizer (bokashi) and natural dyes for textiles.

  • We measure the impact

Monthly reports tailored to each client: kilos recycled by waste type, methane and CO₂e avoided, tree or car-km equivalents, and proof of transformation.

The problem

What hits the landfill is still food.

In Panama, kitchen, café, and market organics are mixed with regular trash. They generate methane and leachate — and an invisible national cost: nutrients that never return to the land.

Saturated landfills Peels, coffee pulp, and kitchen scraps rot without value and release greenhouse gases.
Imported fertilizer The country depends on synthetic inputs while discarding the raw material for local compost.
Tired soils Without living organic matter, farms lose fertility, biodiversity, and food quality.
Overflowing container of bagged organic waste

Our solution

A closed loop, not a garbage truck.

Residuos Dinámicos runs a triple-impact system: we collect, we upcycle, and we return nutrients to Panamanian organic agriculture.

01

Collect

Efficient routes and returnable tanks. We measure what is generated — no plastic bags, real traceability.

02

Bioconvert

We turn residues into high-quality bokashi — a fermented fertilizer rich in microbes and minerals.

03

Regenerate

The fertilizer returns to farms and gardens. Food is grown. The cycle closes where it started: at the table.

How it works

From kitchen to soil, in four steps.

Simple for the business, deep for the territory: less methane, more fertility, data you can report.

1

Separation

We place returnable tanks in the kitchen. Staff deposit organics only: fruit, vegetables, coffee, eggshells.

2

Collection

We come on a scheduled route. We weigh, log, take the full tank, and leave a clean one.

3

Bokashi

On the farm we ferment the material in piles. Out comes a living fertilizer, nutrient-comparable to synthetics.

4

Return

Bokashi feeds local soils. You receive diverted-kg and avoided-CO₂e metrics for ESG reporting.

Businesses

Commercial organic collection

Designed for restaurants, cafés, hotels, and production kitchens. 5, 35, and 55-gallon tanks, optimized routes, zero plastic bags. We weigh every pickup and return a monthly validation.

Grün partnership

Inorganics: cardboard, paper, glass and plastic

We partner with Grün Panama to collect inorganics: cardboard, paper, glass and plastic. Together we offer a full recycling solution — organics return to soil; inorganics enter the recycling chain.

Garden waste with validation

Prunings, leaf litter, and landscaping leftovers. We weigh them, keep them out of the landfill, and issue monthly documents that certify the transformation.

What sets us apart

What we do with the waste

We don’t just take it away from the landfill. We turn it into fertilizer, dye, and community.

Tracking and metrics for everything already being recycled.

BioLoop is an app for tracking and measuring all the waste Residuos Dinámicos is currently recycling. Every diverted kilo stays visible: waste type, client, trend, and impact.

  • Track every stream already in the loop: kitchen, garden, coffee, and households.
  • Metrics by client, by week, and by waste type.
  • Cumulative impact: kilos recycled and CO₂e avoided.
  • Reports ready to share with your team or for ESG.

FAQ

Full-cycle waste recycling in Panama

What does Residuos Dinámicos recycle?

Kitchen organics (peels, fruit, flours, vegetable trimmings, coffee pulp), garden prunings (grass, branches, trunks, palms) and inorganics with Grün Panama: glass, plastic, cardboard, paper and oils.

Why is it a full-cycle solution?

We don’t only collect. We turn organics into bokashi and natural dyes, send inorganics into recycling, and deliver monthly reports of kilos and avoided emissions. One local partner for the whole loop.

Does this work for national and multinational ESG targets?

Yes. We operate in Panama with client-level traceability: diverted waste figures, methane and CO₂e avoided, and proof of transformation. Useful for CSR, GRI, CDP and headquarters annual reports.

Where do you operate?
